Product Specifications
The cold mill manufactured by North China Heavy Machinery (NCHM) adopts up uncoiler, up recoiler and elevated overall structure. During rolling, the strip sides change but the surface do not chang which effectively ensure the internal structure and surface quality of the strip. The cold mill has reasonable arrangement with wide operation visual field, high automation, convenient daily operation and maintenance.
The roll position automatic correcting system ensures the position accuracy of the rolls. For convenient threading, the strip head straightening device quickly straigntens the strip head. The cold mill has the functions of automatic speed deceleration and stop, which also has good arrangement for all kinds of flatness rolls and skilled technical interface with the X-ray thickness gauge, AGC and AFC system to ensure the harmony of the whole cold mill.
